• Debris Removal/Cleanouts/Demolition
• General Maintenance/repair

Rental Property Management:

• Contact & arrange house cleaners for weekly cleanings
• Contact & arrange lawn care services for weekly maintenance
• Contact & arrange trash pickup
• Perform Inspections after tenants leave to check for damage, etc
• Monitor cleaning service & lawn maintenance
• Remain on standby basis for emergencies

Homeowner Association Management:

• Solicit bids from qualified independent contractors to perform specialized tasks.
• Monitor contractor performance ensuring work is completed in a satisfactory manner
  before payment is made to all independent contractors.
• Provide a single point of contact for all business matters.
• Make weekly or as needed visit to the site for inspections.
• Attend board meetings to offer suggestions & comments
• Handle all administrative duties

Concierge Services:

• Shopping: Grocery, home goods, specialty items, etc.
• Courier: Pickup/Delivery of packages & Documents, Pickup/Deliver mail, etc.
• House watching: House sitting, security checks, water plants, feeding of pets, etc.
